Yes, all items ordered from this website is eligible for a 1 year warranty. Simply do a product registration with us within 7 days of purchase to claim the warranty.
Refunds and returns will be permitted and conducted when the returned product and / or part of the product is found to be defective, and repair or replacement of such product is not possible. All products returned must have its full packaging in tact, and must not be used before. Buydeem Singapore reserves the right to reject any refund and / or return request should the above not be observed.
